I came here to celebrate a birthday, and it was such a memorable experience from beginning to end.

The rice is nearly perfect, and the pickles are the best at any omakase restaurant. Hospitality is a highlight, with service that is attentive without feeling intrusive. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between intimate and social. It is one of the finest omakase experiences in the Bay Area, with exceptional quality and intimate and friendly service. Ingredients are exceptionally fresh, and the mashed ankimo hand-roll and miso sorbet are standout dishes.
