I was very disappointed in my visit. I got a steak and cheese 6 inch. There was a lot of cheese and the meat wasn't very warm so the cheese didn't melt. The sodas tasted horrible like there was no carbonation.

Great location within downtown Menlo Park. That was about it on the good aspects of this location. The service was nowhere near as good as other Subway locations. The sandwich had far more bread than contents.

I ordered a sandwich combo yesterday. DoorDash driver shows up with just the sandwich. I asked the driver if he was given any other items, he said no. I called and to let them know and I was going to let it go until the gentleman I spoke with said to call tomorrow and let the manager know. I called today and asked for the manager and the same gentlemen (I think) asked what it was because the manager hadn’t arrived. I explained the situation and asked if I ordered again, could he just add the forgotten items to the new order and he said sure. I provided my name and number and he said as soon as he gets the order through Door Dash, he’ll add the items. DoorDash driver shows up with the new order and the combo items were not included yet again. I’m over it and definitely not ordering subway again from this location. I always order from this spot but lately the service has gone crappy and the sandwiches are just soggy. Kind of disappointing.

Not sure if the guy on duty today was having a bad day but clearly could'nt be bothered with any aspect of customer service. Taking my order for 2 sandwiches seemed like an inconvience. Not welcoming.

Love love love their meatballs sandwich on sour dough bun. Sometimes they don't have sourdough but it's almost as good & beats any others I've had.

It was a nice little shop, they only had 1 person working so they had easily got overwhelmed when myself and 2 others were acting but the ingredients are good
Kid-friendliness: It really depends on the worker and the child
Wheelchair accessibility: It has a push to enter door, which may be hard to enter and may need a 2nd person. Also, the door needs to be realigned

My main issue is they never read notes online for making my sandwich. I always ask for them to put mayo and mustard on the bread and every time I come, they never do it. They put the mayo and mustard on the meat not on bread, which is weird. Sandwiches are always mid. Honestly the worst Subway location and I’ve been to many.

I had a Subway sandwich, and a pretty girl made it for me. She did an excellent job and was very helpful.
Be careful when ordering here. Sandwich artist bearded man pretended he heard me ordering a Steak Bacon n’ Cheese when I clearly asked for a Steak egg n’ cheese breakfast. Instead of charging me $6 I ended paying $9 and he never added eggs to the sandwich either. Total Rip-off. Beware to make sure he isn’t going to change the order to get more money out of you and give you less.

This location does not accept coupons for some undisclosed reason. The guy working the counter was nice enough about it but it defeated the entire point of going in. Don’t send out a sheet of coupons in the mail if you’re not going to accept them
