I was pleasantly surprised by this sandwich shop. From Willow Street, it doesn't look like there is parking, but there is a good sized lot off of the side street. The lady who took our order was very friendly! The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 3 is because there is no indoor seating and no public restroom, but I get that space is limited in this area. If we need to get food next time we're in the area, we would definitely stop there again.

I love the daily specials. A good bargain. $6.99 & $7.99. Food is freshly made & healthy made to order ingredients. Mainly sandwiches, but noticed they do have breakfast. People are friendly.

Register scanner wasn't working so I couldn't order. I was instructed to go home and order on line. No apologies for my inconvenience. I won't frequent that location ever again.

I went in there and served water in my cup, the water had stuff in it.
Lady with a small boy behind the counter wouldn't honor my coupon. So I left empty-handed. Disappointed will not return.

I received a coupon in the mail for $4.99 6 inch subs,.and came to this Menlo Park, CA subway. However, the lady said that their scanner does not work and so they would not be able to honor any coupons. I ended up paying $7.19 plus tax for the sub. I can provide picture of receipt of purchase if needed. I feel that I deserve a difference refund, OR at the very least $2.19 worth of a subway gift card. The coupon says that it can be scanned in the store and I consider that false advertising.
