Register scanner wasn't working so I couldn't order. I was instructed to go home and order on line. No apologies for my inconvenience. I won't frequent that location ever again.

Lady with a small boy behind the counter wouldn't honor my coupon. So I left empty-handed. Disappointed will not return.

I received a coupon in the mail for $4.99 6 inch subs,.and came to this Menlo Park, CA subway. However, the lady said that their scanner does not work and so they would not be able to honor any coupons. I ended up paying $7.19 plus tax for the sub. I can provide picture of receipt of purchase if needed. I feel that I deserve a difference refund, OR at the very least $2.19 worth of a subway gift card. The coupon says that it can be scanned in the store and I consider that false advertising.

I’ve been in here many times, workers will ring people out and touch money with gloves on and continue making a sandwich. I’ve asked each time for the gloves to atleast be changed. 100 percent a health code violation. And i used to be a subway employee. Not coming back anymore after seeing that so many times.
This is the first subway I have ever been to that has been so bad I just threw the sandwich away. This place needs to be closed down. I am going to report this to subway and hopefully something can change. The employees are rude. The food is terrible. I ordered a blackmore foot long and it only had 2 slices of ham. The cucumbers were actually frozen and she told me there was no spinach until I got frustrated and then it magically appeared.

The Indian male who checked us out was really rude, he got mad when I took my card out to early, and he had his headphones in his ear talking on the phone to someone about us. If I could give a zero star I would. I dont recommend this place at all.

The employee with black hair lacked communication, was rude, and made me feel rushed. She was rolling her eyes, and taping her hand on the counter while I was ordering. She charged me $4.00 for added avocado which I had approved and in the end left it out of the sandwich. I have reported this bad experience with Subway hoping things can get changed. I’ve never had this bad experience at this Subway.

Came here to get a quick lunch. Usually takes me 10 mins but took me 20 to just try and get my order in. Seems like they hired two new girls. Employee with all black hair was vaping right in front of the register with my family beside her. Employee with light brown highlights was nonstop talking to her coworker while I was just simply trying to tell her my order. Not only that, while paying she placed the money on the counter with no sort of goodbye or thank you, and goes straight to gossiping. I don’t know about this place anymore. I would rather not have a pink vaping employee to contaminate my food. Really bad employee selection. I would hope the employer teaches them not to take their work time as gossip time.

This was the worst Subway I've ever visited. Establishment was dirty. The workers did not acknowledge visitors.It took thirty minutes to make a sandwich. They had no ingredients. My sandwich was wrong. I highly recommend do not use this subway.I repeat, do not use this subway
