“Tom catered our wedding 5 years ago. Our guests were all raving about the food and going back for seconds and thirds. His portions were so generous we had a ton of leftover food. The pulled pork was absolutely heavenly! Very professional and he pulled up smoking the meat still which made my venue smell divine! Would absolutely hire him again for a party and have recommended him several times.“

Gwen Marlo catering was an absolute lifesaver for our wellness retreat. I hired Annamarie and Messe last minute after our original chef backed out just two weeks before the event. From the very first call, they were responsive, kind, and completely accommodating to our shifting needs—whether it was allergies, dietary preferences, or an ever-growing headcount.
Annamarie is an absolute sweetheart, and her warmth was felt not just in her presence, but in the food she prepared. Her husband was equally lovely, and together they brought such a beautiful, heart-centered energy to the weekend.
The food was fantastic—nourishing, delicious, and beautifully presented. Everyone at the retreat was raving about it! We were aiming for healthy meals that still felt indulgent and flavorful, and they delivered that in spades.

“An absolutely Beautiful Queen Ann Victorian located in the heart of Redlands. What a spectacular event venue hosting Citrus Blossom Market and The Bake off Competition. Highly recommend and a must see to soak in the history and Redlands charm. If these walls could talk.
