Great staff! They were short today and the staff working was working their butts off! It was awesome to see great work ethic. They remained calm and smiled through it. The place was packed! Great job!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The shop closes at 2pm. Why at 1:30PM do the girls bring in all the seating, put up the chairs and start mopping? It was so clear they were trying to clock out at 2pm instead of closing down at 2pm. As I sat down to eat my bagel one of the girls was just mopping at my feet trying to get me to hurry up and eat my bagel and leave. I’ve been coming to bagel tyme for the last 10 years of my life and over the years. I have always supported my local bagel shop, however in the past five years or so there has been a lack of service when it comes to people waiting on their bagels today I watched four people who ordered after me all take their bagels to go before mine came out.
