“Drove down from Sacramento to pick up a Mission Style Curio that we purchased over the phone after finding the cabinet online. Once we were loaded and ready to go, she offered up a great place to eat about 5 minutes away called H&W Family Drive-In where her sister works as a cook. We took her up on the offer because we were starving and hadn't had lunch. I enjoyed one of the best burgers that I have ever had. It was not on their menu but was recommended by Lulu at Miranda's Furniture. The Yeyi Burger!! Jalapeños, Bacon, Avocado and more! It was amazing!! Awesome customer service! Friendly employees. “My favorite burger place in Merced. It’s pricey.. they take forever to make your burger event in drive thru…

But it’s bc they make each one fresh to order. And man it’s good. Be sure to get one with bacon bc their bacon pieces are monstrous. Recommend the western burger or Texas burger. Their fries also come out piping hot. Like burn your mouth hot. Perfect.

But I warned you, this is not a quick drive thru fast food, expect to wait in line for much longer than you expect.

“Ordered our food, had a seat while we waited for our food. Had my separate order come up first. Then our family lunch page came in although they apologized for the error as they said our order was not ready yet.

They ended up bringing our order to us and gave us a milk shake to make amends.

I highly recommend this spot if your looking for a great burger joint. They have much more than burgers such as fried or grilled chicken sandwiches. They have salads, sandwiches, food baskets, and ice-cream, shakes etc. I will be back with my family. They do have meal specials as well. Single to family food specials.“

“This place is half A&W and half KFC. There is one counter to order from both menus. I had the Wednesday special which was one piece I have chicken fried steak with gravy two sides and one biscuit for $5.99. My grandson ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink and I believe it was approximately $12.99. The burger was huge! Not to mention fresh and looked very yummy.“

“Love the huge variety of beverages. Would be great if there were always a discount/special on something- everything is So very expensive these days. I try to take advantage of the specials when I'm aware; my favorite is the $ 0.99 (milkshake or frozen drinks. I can't remember for sure- but I always get the milkshakes. Yum!)“

“I had order 2 bacon cheese burgers, 6 regular tacos, and a meat burito by itself. Food was what was expected and though food took a bit longer the staff by window was very kind and apoligize for the wait.

I do miss the bacon cheese burger food size from back then which I believe had more meat but I may be wrong.“
