Ordered delivery from the place. The guy seemed polite if a bit standoffish. The burrito was small, cold, and didn't even come with my order of lettuce. After I ate it (~30 minutes later), my stomach felt weird. A couple hours of discomfort, gurgling, and cramps and I finally was able to drag myself to the bathroom. Cut to me spending 40 minutes on the toilet with diarrhea. Would not recommend.

Fast casual setting, get in/get it/ get out with your food. Good options and food was kinda fresh even though we got there close to 9 pm on a Sunday. Only one bathroom available for customers to use that day so there was a bit of a line for the bathroom though the food line moved super quick. Plenty of ways to customize your bowl. Sufficient seating and pleasant ambience. Very close to the freeway so you can make this a good and quick stop. They also have a drive thru though we didn’t use that.

I usally order around 6PM and the staff always get my order wrong. I order for pick up also on the app so its not a information problem.
Then when its wrong, it is always a hassel to drive back and get it corrected also so i rather not. Like how are they ALWAYS forgetting the guacamoles. I pay for my guacamoles and always get no guacamoles. it's actually just insane. Management here actually just need to re-train their whole staff and do something about it. Being scammed everytime is a joke.
They have reduce their portions specially on the meats. They used to give you two scoops and now it’s barely one. I’ve never had issues with customer service they have always been very kind and patient until today a girl took over for the guy that was taking my order and she was very rude in her mannerism. I understand work is stressful and life too, but don’t take it out on customers…

Worst quality of food. Chips EXTRA STALE. Sofritas, pinto beans were OLD and cold! Won’t be eating from this location again. Too many times I come here and the food is NOT FRESH! I asked them if the food was fresh, they said yeah it all just came out….NOT TRUE!! Avoid this location like the plague or you just may get the plague!!!!’n

Very unprofessional. I came to this location at 6:35pm as I was placing my order the cashier looks to be a younger blonde hair lady (receipt name says Sydney which I believe is her name) she stopped the lady preparing my food to talk about a prior customer very loud as if I wasn’t there and it wasn’t someone behind me she was very unprofessional with the things she said she could have waited until break time to discuss a matter that took place prior to my arrival she didn’t have to stop the line to communicate what she did. She continued talking until my food was bagged. I understand she looks younger but they should do more training on her to conduct yourself in a work environment
