Waited over 40 minutes for 1 drink. Parked and came inside. That's a bit ridiculous for Dutch Bros. I understand the Drive Thru is a priority, but there was plenty of staff and there was no communication with a possible wait. Don't go here if you're not willing to spend almost an hour waiting for your drink.

Unprofessional employee ruined my Dutch Bros. experienceI waited 25 minutes in line with almost no progress at the Merced Dutch Bros. When I tried to leave, a short, dark-haired female employee confronted me aggressively, getting too close and being insulting. This was unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. Dutch Bros. needs to seriously re-examine its customer service training.

I have only went here a handful of times because everytime I go I wait 30 minutes for 1 drink. You got a bunch of young kids that don’t have any work ethic, that’s why this place runs so slowly. I’d rather spend the extra money at Starbucks and get better and faster service.

Ordered 2 drinks and waited 35 minute to get them. There was no one in the lobby, there were some cars in the drive thru but they also weren't moving. After waiting a while I asked about my order and they said they didn't see it on their iPad. Asked for my order then made it in about 3 minutes. But 1 drink was wrong and asked if they could make the correct drink. Every interaction I had with any employee I worked with had a bad attitude. 1 guy did seem concerned that they forgot but others were annoyed that I got the wrong drink and asked for the correct one. And there were about 4 employees drinking their drink and talking doing nothing as I waited for my drinks. They might have been on a break but seems unlikely. At no point did I get an apology or seemed like they cared at all. I've been to many dutch bros and always had a good experience even if the employee seems to having an off day.

Great for a pick me up.. just be ready for the wait. Lines a long but they're long for a reason so it's worth the wait. Aftershock on ice is the favorite for now.

This location seems to take a long time now. I used to come and be out within 15 minutes and now when I come, I know I need to give myself at least 30 minutes in drive through. Everyone is so nice, and super friendly, just wish the drive through wait was a lot faster. Started going to the one on Childs just because I know I won’t have to wait as long.

I really was hoping it was going to be a better experience but it wasn't. It took about 30 mins to get thru the line and when it was my turn up the window none of my drinks where made. They were making other drinks and no one know how was making mine and then they made my drink incorrect and instead of just remaking it they said if I wanted that instead. Horrible customer service. Bad management and bad time management
Normally a fast service. But afternoon crews spend too much time talking and sipping their own drinks to help serve customers. Not recommended if you don't arrive 45 minutes early. Shouldn't take 5 minutes for one drink per car. Fried food places make food faster than mixing liquids apparently.
