All the staff I’ve interacted with are friendly, there’s tons of drinks you can order, and they give pretty fast service, even when the lines are long. Say what you want about the wait time but I’ve seen first hand when people all order and arrive at the same time both drive thru and pick up counter, they still manage to get through the lines as quick as they can while trying to make the experience positive especially when there’s promotions going on or if they’re short...
