Drove down from Sacramento to pick up a Mission Style Curio that we purchased over the phone after finding the cabinet online. Once we were loaded and ready to go, she offered up a great place to eat about 5 minutes away called H&W Family Drive-In where her sister works as a cook. We took her up on the offer because we were starving and hadn't had lunch. I enjoyed one of the best burgers that I have ever had. Excellent service and great food
After driving 300+ miles with 10 hungry Boy Scouts after a week of camping, we stopped at H &W for dinner a few minutes after they closed. Like, 9:03pm. The absolutely fantastic staff reopened their kitchen and made our boys a great meal anyway. The food was excellent, and the employees were absolutely amazing. They'll be getting our business every time we come through Merced from now on, and they should get yours too. Great food at a great price from awesome people!
