I went April 22 2025 around 10pm there was a guy order taker who took my order and was rude from the start he has an attitude when I asked for drink carrier slammed the window on my face I was in shocked I will be going to corporate this is not how u treat people pls quit if ur going to be so rude it’s ur job if u want people to treat u with respect u treat others I didn’t even eat my food

I asked about an advertised special and got no answer, so I waited and then asked again, still no answer. So I decided to go. After getting to the window, I still wanted to know what was in the special, but I wasn't acknowledged. There were three ladies there, but none came to the window. When one did she was rude said they were busy it doesn't merit the attitude and rudeness. I'm going to say a blessing in disguise I ended up going to the market and getting beef flap meat and making food at home.

03/09/2025 4:20 am. The girl at the drive thru was extremely rude. I had a legitimate question about ordering off my phone and then paying at the drive thru, instead of helping me she proceeded to insult me. She made me feel dumb by saying “yes that’s why it’s called a mobile order” etc… I left and starved since there was no other place open. However I wasn’t going to support a business that treats me in such a way.
Had to repeat order twice, and yet still order was wrong, very disappointed as spent over $50 for food and for it to be wrong left me very unhappy

The Drive through. line wasn't moving after like 5 minutes.So maybe the panhandler did have enough time to wash my car for food as he said , I ordered Using the. kiosk 3 tacos, fries, and a drink times 2. It was 3 in the afternoon. Was Not.that busy and it took a 1/2 hour 31 minutes for my food? The food was good, but they were out of Internet. balls. Jack, what you gonna do about that Jack? I normally don't complain. I didn't even care if they get the order right but a 1/2 hour that was ridiculous.
