I used the app to order two pieces of fish and I wanted to get the free fish sandwich when you spend $5.00. It didn't go well. They got the app order for the two pieces of fish but there was no fish sandwich. I talked with the people inside but all they could say was sorry you will have to wait for one and a half hours for the manager to come in. I got the impression that they don't plan on honoring the specials the app shows. If I was managing a business like this I would have instructed my employees to honor what the Long John Silver app says, if for nothing else, the goodwill it generates with your customer base. 2nd problem. I sat down to eat my two pieces of fish (which were ok) but it was so hot in the restaurant I thought I was going to pass out from heat stroke. At least I could leave but the poor employees had to stay there all of their shift. That is know way to treat the customers or the employees. I have some serious doubts about how this Long John Silver's is operated. To be fair I have been in other LJS restaurants and they were ok.
