Im not a professional baker and I respect your business, but I will like to give you a feedback..I ordered a 3 leches cake ..but it was too much milk coming out from the cake , I've tried this cake before on another places and to me the one from you store it was too much milk. That made the cake so hard to sliced because it was coming apart really bad. For what I paid this didn't make sense. Thank you.

Placed an order thru DooDash, order came entirely wrong. My husband called to inform them to let them know. I can’t eat avocados due to an allergic reaction that I experience, neither can my child. BOTH TORTAS had avocados. Lady who initially answered was NOT listening, repeated the order issues 3/4 times, she wasn’t grasping. Became combative, wasn’t letting my husband talk. The lady who answered then said she was going to get her manager, she got the manager (not on the line, apparently she can’t speak on a phone) talking behind her in the background. She said how she can’t do anything, with an attitude. My husband was honestly cool and calmer than I was. Decent customer service is apparently TOO much to ask for. They kept saying how they have so many orders, and I get it, however a little freaking understanding and a little freaking empathy goes a long way. Last time I’ll EVER be going here — and I always recommend this place.

Just purchased some pork tamales from here and I couldn’t be more disappointed in the amount of meat that was put into the tamale. It was so much MASA and a very tiny bit of meat for 2.75 each. When I say a tiny bit I’m telling you it was next to nothing. They used to be good. A good ratio of meat to masa. Taste was good but wheres the meat?

If you are in the area of Merced and are craving authentic Mexican bread and food come here and enjoy their tacos, ice cream, pan dulce. I highly recommend them to my friends, family and new friends. You will not be disappointed but totally satisfied. My friend and I tried their (3) chicken taquitos-$6.00, carne asada tortas $11.00. I haven't tried the menudo yet on Saturdays only.

I've been working in merced for about 4 years now and at first, I have to looking for food Mexican food. When I was taken to this place by some coworkers, I knew right away this place was it! Great service, the prices are perfect, the food is stuffed with plenty of meat from your choosing! Plus there's a bakery AND ice cream on site! Dude! Come hungry, walk out happy and most importantly... Be Nice!

Today i came in for 4 tamales 2 breads 2 gelatinas and a champurado when i came home they forgot to put my tamales in bag then i call them and try to call me a liar smh if they cant handle alot of customers they shouldnt work there !🤬😡

I got a torta to go. After some minutes, this is how the container got because of the food's heat. My food was basically exposed to an unhealthy infusion of plastic. I suggest wrapping the food on paper first.

I wasn’t going to post this, but I feel like I should so it doesn’t happen to someone else. I usually order food from this shop over the phone, and yesterday, I ordered two rolled tacos and one chicken tamale. When I picked up my order, there were only two containers in the bag. The guy at the counter even opened it and said the tamale was with one of the tacos, so I didn’t check.
When I got back to the office, I realized the tamale was missing. I called the next day to ask for a refund or the missing tamale. The lady on the phone questioned me endlessly and even claimed she saw them pack the tamale, basically calling me a liar.
Frustrated, I told her to keep the money and the tamale because I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. It’s ironic since I used to defend this place when others complained about their service. After this, I won’t be going back. I hope this helps someone else.

I would say this is probably the best Mexican food in town. And it's all good. If you like tortas, tacos or burritos this is the place! And they have sweet bread and cakes! Whatever it is that you want they have it and it's good! So stop reading and get yourself something delicious today! I like the carnitas tortas and the chicken rolled tacos. But you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
