Noah's Vietnamese Fusion Cuisine offers a quiet and spacious dining experience with good wait times and consistently high-quality food. The restaurant is known for its satisfying beef pho combo and vermicelli combo, as well as its delicious Vietnamese sandwiches, both grilled pork and chicken. The service is excellent and very friendly, with amazing customer service. The food is absolutely incredible with the freshest produce for the pho and amazing bahn mis. They have the best Bun Bo Hue and the combo plate is like fine dining, especially the Filet Mignon combo plate. The prices are really great, very affordable, and make it a worthwhile visit.
