Well once again, disappointed. Very easy order. Got double order of broccoli beef and shorted on order orange chicken. Shrimp on the incorrect plate. Just pretty mixed up. The receipt was correct but the dispersion was wrong.

Merced Panda you have one job to do...I order orange chicken and teriyaki chicken...open my box there was NO orange chicken at all...zzZz disappointed! didn't want to drive all the way back to exchange it... Today 11/7/2020 10:30am.

Probably the worst panda Express in merced county. They are always low on options. They really skimp out on portions. And the food always tastes bland and sometimes burnt. Customer service is good and that's why I give it one star.

This place is obviously one of the most attractive place to eat in the area. Whenever I go there I am exceedingly satisfied. They keep their very high level service and the highest level of cooking they serve. You surely will enjoy this this place. Highly recommended.

Usually a decent spot to eat. Slow service but food is mostly fresh. My complaint today is that although i bought food on Thursday, i was reheating the rice and chow mein for my kids and there was a torn up piece of plastic in my noodles. I wouldnt be so upset because i dont eat the rice and noodles. But my kids love it. I called the number on the receipt and the phone rang. It was a generic message with no way to leave a message. Unacceptable in my opinion, especiallywhen it comes to the public's safety! And i tried using the survey and they give you no option to write in anything. Beware and check your food!

Worst panda Express workers in merced. Whoever the girl working on Oct 25, 2019 in the late afternoon was super slow and did not make any food for 30min. I waited 30 min for my plate of food. One worker was just in the back. This is why I always avoid ordering from the Merced mall panda Express. Lesson learn again. Thought it would be faster and better this time but Nope.
