Went yesterday for lunch...had to add more meat to my sandwich after getting home. Disappointing...the meat was in a flat single layer totally not how they used to make it. All I could taste was bread.

They make a pretty good sub (I like the #10 chicken and provolone). Unfortunately the last two times I placed an order for pickup on their app, the sandwich was not ready at the stated pickup time. In fact, in both instances the staff hadn't even begun to make the sub when I arrived at the time given to me for pickup. In neither instance was the place busy, so I'm guessing staff were just not checking the incoming orders (and if it had been busy, presumably they could have given me a later pickup window). What is the point of having an app if customers are going to have to sit around waiting for their sandwiches to be made anyway?

Oh my god! This is honestly the best sub place ever! I placed a catering order last minute and the staff was super fast with completing the order. The owners were so nice and friendly when I went to go pick up the order. They also gave a complimentary salad tray with my order. Everyone gave so many compliments for the food. It was fresh and delicious. I am very satisfied with their services and will definitely be coming back. The place is always kept very clean and tidy. Love this place and their service!

Ever since this location got new owners, it has been going downhill! I went in and the owners did not even greet me and i didn't feel to welcome like i normally would've.Definitely not coming here as much as i used to.

I've never written a food review but this experience was special. I ordered a meatball maranera sandwich and a Ceasar salad. What I got was dry meatballs on bread with a lot of shredded parm and a shredded onion and tomato swimming in cezar dressing. When we took the sandwich back to be remade the new sandwich was soggy and wet and when I bit into it it felt like I had bitten into wet sand and it tasted of pepperocinni, which, is gross considering they don't come on this sandwich. I fear this place is what you see on kitchen nightmares and we will not be good back. So much for trying a new place.

very POOR service. do these employees know their own menu? do they know what veggies are? i asked for a #16 which has chicken breast, i was given sliced turkey...? i let the employee know that i wanted chicken breast she continued to makemy sandwich and did not care. at the end i asked for spinach, she just closed my sandwich as messy as possible. i asked if she added spinach she said yes and to NO surprise there was no spinach in my sandwich. i was standing right there correcting her and she didn't care! highly disappointed.
Food is delicious as usual BUT the woman working tonight started putting stuff away 40 minutes before closing was mad she had to bring everything back out to make us sandwiches and was giving the absolute worst attitude.

Watched them prep all the meats (roast beef, turkey, and ham) and cheeses for sandwiches with the same knife and on the same cutting board. The amount of cross-contamination was sickening. You really shouldn't be making the vegetarian option on the same cutting board as the roast beef sandwich (ideally you'd be using a separate board because of allergies, religious issues, etc.) without at least wiping it down first.

I always go to Port of Subs with a positive experience, but recently went in during an incident with one of the male employees allegedly being inappropriate with middle schoolers. I can't support a business like this anymore unfortunately and will not be coming back.
