They make a pretty good sub (I like the #10 chicken and provolone). Unfortunately the last two times I placed an order for pickup on their app, the sandwich was not ready at the stated pickup time. In fact, in both instances the staff hadn't even begun to make the sub when I arrived at the time given to me for pickup. Oh my god! This is honestly the best sub place ever! I placed a catering order last minute and the staff was super fast with completing the order. The owners were so nice and friendly when I went to go pick up the order. They also gave a complimentary salad tray with my order. Everyone gave so many compliments for the food. Food is delicious as usual BUT the woman working tonight started putting stuff away 40 minutes before closing was mad she had to bring everything back out to make us sandwiches and was giving the absolute worst attitude.
