I order spicy fried rice with new york steak and it was a 5/5. The spice was tolerable not to hot and the steak was cook perfect! I highly recommend
Tried Rei for the first time today and was impressed. The spicy rice and steak combo was great and Owen was super helpful in his recommendations. Definitely worth the price.

Rei Teppanyaki offers a spicy rice and steak combo that is great and worth the price. The place has shrimp, veggies, and a spicy sauce that is amazing. Food is cooked to perfection, fully cooked rice add meat, and the generous portion for 2 meals has an exceptional experience. The place has chill vibes, friendly staff, solid service and an outstanding attitude. Price is a little pricey, about 21$, but the variety of ethnic Chinese food with a twist is good compared to teriyaki don or Quicklys teriyaki chicken bowls. The location in Merced offers good vibes and love for the food.
