Its a sonic it can be hit or miss . But if you know sonic your getting your 1/2 price drink and getting on the road. Personally I would not hang out at this location. Do to the area but the staff is always friendly.

Love the huge variety of beverages. Would be great if there were always a discount/special on something- everything is So very expensive these days. I try to take advantage of the specials when I'm aware; my favorite is the $ 0.99 (milkshake or frozen drinks. I can't remember for sure- but I always get the milkshakes. Yum!)

The Truth

Don't have the bad tents up. The service has messed up a few times where I've waited 28+minutes just to get a refund. But when they get it right its good to eat. Definitely better than before. I even brought my kids. But,lol,we had to get a refund for the wait and the food was still wrong. But they are at least getting better.

The food was good always fresh when we order but is there way you guys can fix the drive thru intercom? It’s hard for us to hear the worker and hard for the worker to hear us. We got two medium combos and one was supposed to be a large. And we just had a hard time communicating I’m glad I asked him to repeat the order at the window.l

Dont even get me started. I came to this location 2 times in the past month. Once, for the new grillos pickle seasoned fries and a dirty dr pepper. And another time for 3 simple milkshakes. BOTH times I have had horrible customer service and BOTH times were my orders inaccurate. I am extremely dissatisfied in this location and their customer service. They treat me as if theyre paying me. And I am NOT here for it. As anyone may understand the frustration of not only not getting what you ordered and payed for. But also getting an immense amount of attitude from the employees. I try to handle these situations with grace. However it is extremely difficult when i feel like I am being constantly looked down upon. It hurts my feelings and ego. Feeling discriminated against. Whether it is truly that, its frustrating getting these constant experiences. I really think we just need some new training experience. Please fix this sonic staff it is an embarrassment to sonic as a whole.
