We got two medium combos and one was supposed to be a large. And we just had a hard time communicating I’m glad I asked him to repeat the order at the window.l

Dont even get me started. I came to this location 2 times in the past month. Once, for the new grillos pickle seasoned fries and a dirty dr pepper. And another time for 3 simple milkshakes. BOTH times I have had horrible customer service and BOTH times were my orders inaccurate. I am extremely dissatisfied in this location and their customer service. They treat me as if theyre paying me. And I am NOT here for it. As anyone may understand the frustration of not only not getting what you ordered and payed for. But also getting an immense amount of attitude from the employees. I try to handle these situations with grace. However it is extremely difficult when i feel like I am being constantly looked down upon. It hurts my feelings and ego. Feeling discriminated against. Whether it is truly that, its frustrating getting these constant experiences. I really think we just need some new training experience. Please fix this sonic staff it is an embarrassment to sonic as a whole.

Updated review 2025 : staff is horrible , rude employees , upset they got the order wrong , slammed window in face when I pull up the receipt and just said here handed the new drink and took back the old drink and closed the window
Review 2021Fast,fun , friendly and taste great .. a lil spendy but worth it; my review was from 2 years ago however it's gone down a bit , some of the workers a rude for no reason and the wait is almost a hr but it's a give or take on the good customer service I used to love this place

Worst service ever. The girl manager was beyond rude and would not help! App was not working, she took out her phone and said hers was and proceeded to tell us she couldn’t honor app price even though we showed our order. Used to be loyal customers, not anymore. Need new manager, she’s driving customers away with attitude.

One of the thing I liked about this Sonic was that it was open late at night. We got their single hamburger and their double cheeseburger. The fries were pretty good but the box itself were they came wasn't full to where they're supposed to be. Other than that, it was a good late night snack.
