Came through the Drive Thru and the Barista was super sweet and surprisingly for ordering through a Drive thru it was fast service !! I wasn’t waiting long like I normally do at other locations they were quick to the point and made sure everything was perfect ! Thank you so much for the lovely costumer service!

I've been here multiple times and I just love the welcoming atmosphere. They are super Friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in. I come to this location and relax doing homework enjoying the free WiFi. I never felt uncomfortable or felt like this wanted me out they offered me a refill on my coffee they are so sweet.. also I've watched them work while taking a break from work and they are incredibly fast! Always moving constantly on the go pushing out them orders faster than fast food. I will continue to be back at this location my favorite one so far! This is one of the prettiest drink I’ve gotten they made this with love forsure !!

I put in a mobile order before I even left my house, drove to this Starbucks and was told that they were going to have to park me because “they have a 12 minute grace period for mobile orders” which is perfectly fine, but she was telling me this at the speaker while there were 4 cars in front of us, which means she had absolutely zero faith in her team and KNEW that it was going to take at least 20 minutes to get the order done because we sat behind the other cars for at least 10 minutes. I didn’t even leave the $5 tip at that point because at the VERY LEAST, you could TRY and do your best instead of giving up any idea of getting the drinks made in a timely manner. The app said 14 minutes to be ready but they needed an extra 12 minute grace period. I know the dress code sucks but you still work there right? It’s not a hard task to make drinks quickly.

My view is based on the terrible hours not the service or food. How do you close at 9pm when all the other establishments around like The Habit, Panda Express, 7-11, Sprouts, Raley’s, Bao Bao, etc are open until at least 10pm? Not even the drive thru is kept open. The newly opened SB inside Raleys closes early too. So we have none open past 9pm on our side of town. The 24 hr location is too far out of the loop for most people and really just open to compete w the gas station and supply coffee to those traveling or on their way in & out of Merced. But for those whom live in the city….it is not so easily accessible unless you’re willing to drive to the outskirts of town. Starbucks should have another late night location more centered in town for the rest of us. Since the hospital is nearby, it would be beneficial to many.

Had one of the worst experiences at this location by far. Placed a mobile order and was given attitude when I asked for a Strawberry Asae. Aside from that it was a long wait before I received my incorrectly made drinks and a half filled tall water. The worker made this an overall bad experience and I will not be coming back to this location.

I go to Starbucks around Central Valley to rate them. This one is terrible. From the handfuls of Starbucks I visit, I’m always able to order a coffee and get a side of cream when I’m at the window. I’ve been doing it for years. And after this one declined me I went to the Starbucks down the street and was able to get it. This one tried charging me 3.75 for a side of cream I was going to add to my coffee? Outrageous I know. Not going back, I’ll drive the extra mile to the next one available. They even tried telling me I couldn’t use their bathroom unless I was buying something and confirmed my order to make sure I wasn’t lying a while before this happened. I knew something rubbed me the wrong way then and this only confirmed it more.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Vivian who was absolutely helpful in my indecisive decision. Vivian customer service was spectacular and her drinks recommendations were excellent and I enjoyed it very much absolutely scrumptious! Thank you Vivian! The barista AL also was very kind and confirmed our orders with offering to sprinkle additional cinnamon on our drinks. Vivian and Al thank you for your attention and excellent customer service it really goes a long way!

Starbucks closing time at this facility is 9pm. I arrived at 8:52pm for a quick coffee but the doors were locked. I ended up using the drive-thru and was served. Glad they were able to accommodate the drive-thru customers then leaving the doors open until 9pm. I’m being sarcastic!
