This particular Starbucks is the worst one in Merced. They never get the order right; they are rude as Hell and don't even let you finish ordering before they interrupt you. The employees can't handle the simplest changes to a drink. I guess they got Adderall brain or something. The manager needs to get on it and run this place better. Stop hiring the rudest little kids you can find.

I’m a loyal Starbucks customer, making purchases at least twice a day. Today, I stopped by this location and needed to use the restroom, but I was denied access unless I made a purchase right then and there. Given my frequent patronage, I found this policy frustrating. On top of that, the attendant’s attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. This experience was disappointing and not what I expect from Starbucks.

I always go here to get my Starbucks and the workers are absolutely amazing. They are so kind and nice and always talk to me when I am at the window. There has never been a bad order I have gotten and I’ve always came back. Viv is one of the workers and she’s awesome and always has a smile on her face. There are some others which I couldn’t see their name but I will always recommend this place when I’m Merced. They never really have a line and always complete orders asap. I don’t have any drinks on the menu so mine are always made personally by me and they nail it every time. ☺️

When you are having a bad month and just when you think no one notices someone outta the kindness of their heart gives you a little ray of sunshine in your cloudy sky. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING KIND! Even though you have no idea what anyone else is going through a simple gesture like writing "you're a star✨️" on someone's Venti Carml Macch. Gave me a glimmer of hope for the day. ?
Tried to pay with cash but they wouldnt take 100 dollar bill. I tried to at least scan my points because I only had cash and they didnt even let me do that. Ruined my whole morning and i couldnt enjoy my coffee. Will not be coming back, If I could rate this place zero stars I would.
