I had the pleasure of interacting with Vivian who was absolutely helpful in my indecisive decision. Vivian customer service was spectacular and her drinks recommendations were excellent and I enjoyed it very much absolutely scrumptious! Thank you Vivian! The barista AL also was very kind and confirmed our orders with offering to sprinkle additional cinnamon on our drinks. Vivian and Al thank you for your attention and excellent customer service it really goes a long way!

I always go here to get my Starbucks and the workers are absolutely amazing. They are so kind and nice and always talk to me when I am at the window. There has never been a bad order I have gotten and I’ve always came back. Viv is one of the workers and she’s awesome and always has a smile on her face. There are some others which I couldn’t see their name but I will always recommend this place when I’m Merced. They never really have a line and always complete orders asap....

When you are having a bad month and just when you think no one notices someone outta the kindness of their heart gives you a little ray of sunshine in your cloudy sky. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING KIND!
Even though you have no idea what anyone else is going through a simple gesture like writing "you're a star✨️" on someone's Venti Carml Macch. Gave me a glimmer of hope for the day. ?
