While the overall store is excellent, one staff member, Lacey, stands out for her poor customer service. She was unsympathetic and unhelpful during sample tastings, making customers feel unwelcome. On the other hand, the store's managers, Jason and Sean, as well as other staff members, such as cashier and bagger/boxer, and Isaiah, who helped load items into a truck, provided excellent service with big smiles and courtesy. The store is also convenient for car repairs, with a quick and efficient warranty repair service, even during busy periods.
