This is my favorite local coffee place (the one on Shoreline in Mill Valley). I'm a latte drinker and this place has the best. They also have a great food selection. It's next door to Proof Lab, the surf shop, and has a great surfer ambiance. To me that means laid back and casual. The line can get long on weekends, but so can every decent coffee shop. The service is efficient, although not overly friendly.
Nice dripped coffee, merch (their own origami drip), lots of latte options (saw someone with a matcha latte) and dairy alternatives. Surprisingly excellent breakfast options: avocado toast wow, classic bagel with cream cheese, chicken salad sandwich (good). plenty of indoor outdoor seating. dog friendly. Lots of customers (bikers, locals, visitors), friendly staff. Food wait can be long. staff is working as fast as they can. it's just popular. they call your name on the side....read full review
