So fresh, the ingredients speak for themselves, complimented by tasteful accoutrement. Agua Fresca is no added sugar which was refreshing. The ceviche with salmon was unique, memorable with its mild use of orange for the acid, fantastic. The trout complimented the delicate dressing of the salad as expertly recommended by the cashier. Cool staff, fun space, drink while you wait!
