Stopped here to grab a quick bite, and the food was out promptly. The rice bowl was great, esp with added shrimp tempura side
I had the banh mi and a rice bowl and they were both pretty good. I needed a bit of sriracha with them but overall I was pleased with the taste and the experience.
I had the beef bulgogi and it was the best Bahn Mi, I’ve ever had!! Definitely give it a try if your in the area

Banh Mi Zon in Mill Valley is an absolute gem. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The bread is outstanding — freshly baked, perfectly crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Fillings are always fresh, generous, and packed with flavor, from the good quality meat to the blend of savory meats, rich paté, fresh cilantro, and perfectly tangy pickled carrots and daikon. The best Banh mi EVER, with the bbq pork feeling traditional. The chili oil is very unique and flavorful. Beyond the sandwiches, the place offers amazing Pho and coconut water straight from Vietnam, which combo well. The vermicelli/salad with spicy pork belly is delicious, with decent portions. The buns are good, though the boba pearls can stick together. The restaurant is a nice quiet little unassuming spot with a cool breeze. The staff is always quick, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The place is clean, and the service is great. It is a fantastic value for the quality and size.
