Food is really good. And also good value. It’s usually not busy but tonight between the walk in to go orders, third party app and walk ins they were slammed. A good neighborhood spot that can also do banquet style cuisine. I recommend this place especially when the weather turns and you need hot food that tastes great!

Server used bare hands to box my order that I asked to take to-go. I asked for a refund when I saw him pick up the fish that fell to the table. He offered to make a new one. I explained I was not able to wait. He stayed at the table I went to the counter to get my refund. When I was at the counter he was still at the table so I left due me explaining I didn’t have additional time to wait. Hungry and dissatisfied.

Such delicious food in a casual unassuming space! I ordered one dish and would return for this alone, and to try their other offerings based on the quality of this hit. The braised roast pork and tofu was exquisite. Juicy, unctuous, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned. The five spice from the roast pork, slices of ginger, whole garlic cloves and just a touch of sweetness added such depth to the braising sauce. The pillowy texture of the freshly fried soft tofu complemented the pork and crackling beautifully.

Excellent classic Chinese home-style cooking with wide-range of choices, all done well, strong wok-hay, and reasonably priced. We had salt and pepper pork chops, scallops and egg white fried rice, and black bean clams, all were really good.

Must be new owners. If so
They suck at running a business.
Food was a 4. Servings were odd. Small and separate.(The honey walnut shrimp was served on a plate with a Small scoop of honey shrimp with a pile of walnuts on the side) ? The noodles were soggy, the shrimp was just ok, no rice was offered.
The dinner plates were 6 inch teacup plates. That was the dinner plates. According to the waitress, that's all they had.
Their service sucked. They never once asked if we wanted water or a beverages. They never checked on us once. Had to ask for service.
Not going back.

BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT IN MILLBRAE!!!

the food is good, quality-wise, and service is fast.

I had order from this place multiple food. Today I ordered a hot and sour soup, THE BEST Hot and Sour I had so far!!’ Tangy, sour-y, pungent, hot!!!! It was delicious and only $6 bucks.

And I had their baked sea bass in portugese sauce!!! THE BEST portugese sauce I had so far in my life as well!!!!

The food is high quality, delicious!!!!!! Come check their place.

Stopped here on a whim for the first time. Ordered the salted fried fish filet (fried, battered, tender filet filets--and a generous amount!) It's salty but the name of this dish does indicate it but I like salty. I enjoyed my favorite comfort food, Beef Chow Fun (dry-style, hint of smokiness, good amount of tender beef). I try every Chinese restaurant's chow fun and this one is my new local favorite. They are grateful and thankful for business. Friendly owner. Will order from this restaurant again! Neat and clean, just needs some twinkly lights to draw more foot traffic,, but it has a simple, nostalgic vibe like the restaurants my aunt would take me to in SF Chinatown.

We visited one of the numerous Chinese restaurants in Millbrae and found the food to be quite good. My favorite dishes were the hot and sour soup and the Kung Pao chicken.

However, don't expect great service, as this place is primarily for takeout. The restaurant could use a trip to IKEA for some decor and storage solutions to better organize their inventory.

Food is very well flavored and cooked well. The beef with string beans is especially good, the beef was cooked medium and beans still had some crunch. Overall very good and attentive service.

Food was good, service was questionable. Once we sat down, hostess asked one person what she wanted to drink and walked away without asking the rest of the table. Food comes out as it is made, not all together. Good portions and flavors. Hostess never returned to table.
