Stroganoff. A dish done poorly all too often (Stoffer's, anyone?) but all so magical when done right. London, HK, Germany and Poland, all places I've had it at varying levels but few as memorable as the one here at Sixteen. As a fellow participant in the restaurant business, these guys make a mean steak and a noodle dish that's easily unrivaled by any location in the area. The food was delicious! The loco moco was perfectly cooked and exactly what I was craving. I wouldn't have been mad if there was more gravy tho. The fried chicken was crispy and very flavorful. I didn't get to get to try the linguini, but we all finished our plates! Inside is very dim, there is a bar up front, and more seating in the back. There are two bathrooms that are single user and they are clean! Service was friendly and efficient. Parking can be a bit tricky to find.
