Clearly this isn’t a “top” San Francisco restaurant, but it’s great for an airport hotel bar. Tim was a fantastic server. He was quick but also asked us how quickly we wanted our food, and separated the appetizer from the entree to our preference. Food was fabulous!
Wish I could rate the food but we arrived at 8PM on Sunday Night. Host sat us quickly but after 15 minutes of nobody greeting us or even saying they would be with us in a bit, we left to order Door Dash. Not the Bonvoy experience we expected!!

Tastes good, Brussels sprouts was overcooked and burnt, told the server, he brought me another one which is apparently better. A bit pricey but taste and service are both good.

Needed a quick dinner with my son while traveling through SFO with an overnight layover. Popped into Grill and Vine. The burger was excellent and the service (Linda) was attentive and efficient.
Great staff and excellent fish and trips!

We were tired , we have to fly out early in the morning so we decided to eat downstairs at the Grill and Vine. The staff are nice but the food is horrible and expensive. We both got the avacada turkey club. It says roasted turkey, it is cold lunch meat. Toasted sourdough so you think warm, no. Not sure if it was the bacon or bread but you can smell the old grease when you take a bite. 51.00 for 2 sandwiches, crazy. Go somewhere else. Arby’s is about 11.00 and so much better.
The margherita flatbread is most likely the best food out of the whole menu. The chicken pesto sandwich is pre-made with the chicken most likely microwaved. The fish & chips are also pre-made and you can feel cold spots. The fries are good but some of them are either cold on the tips or just hard. Back to the sandwich it has amazing sauce but when you pick it up it drips out all the sauce with water. The waiters are amazing they have a great attitude and come by to refill water.
Overall you should only visit this restaurant if you're not in the mood for chips or any food that's bought in the store and if you're hungry because the amount of food they give you is crazy especially for the kids menu.
It was perfect
The food was very good. The server was accommodating even when we requested separate checks for drinks. We will probably go back before our conference is over.
Mushroom ravioli was amazing. Battered cod with fries also good. Tim the waiter was very courteous, prompt, and delightful to have on our last evening. He was probably the most 5 star part of the restaurant.

We began each day with breakfast. The food is very good and the staff is very friendly and attentive. We ended each day with a glass of wine at the bar and really enjoy Giancarlo, Chad, Ali, and all of the other great staff.
Server Giancarlo will make sure you get great food and plenty of it. My friend and I split a sandwich and salad, and then realized we could have just gotten one or the other and it would have been plenty! Small, cozy area by lobby and elevators. Full bar. Good to have this on the premises.
Decent casual hotel dining, but Francis (our server) was AMAZING. Incredible attention to detail, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Francis!
