You can tell Gary has a passion for food. I’ve never disappointed when I have lunch. Everything is homemade and it has really great flavor. Leonardo‘s is one of the best deli on the Peninsula. I highly recommend the jersey shore sandwich, and of course, the soup of the day.

Great sandwich, surprised it came with a side! Weird that you pay after they serve you and eat, but it worked out okay because we added something! Will be back

The people are nice, but selling meat is not a priority. This is really not a deli...the word should be stricken from the business name. It's a sandwich shop, with few options for deli meat. If you ask for meat only, as you would expect for a deli, you'll get seriously shorted on the quantity requested, presumably due to their desire to keep it for sandwiches, sandwiches being their priority for time and profit. Don't pretend to be a Italian deli. It's annoying.

Wow—this place is absolutely delicious! Funny enough, I actually came here as a kid with my dad and remember ordering a simple sandwich back then. This time, I went for something a little different—the Nancy K, an Italian-inspired sandwich—and it completely blew me away.
The flavor was incredible, and honestly, this spot easily beats Mr. Pickle’s and Little Luca’s in my opinion. The shop itself is charming too, filled with Italian-themed items and specialty foods you can take home. Staff was friendly too and playing fun music.
Definitely a hidden local gem. I’ll be back soon to try more of their Italian sandwiches and other goodies!

Like walking into a Paisano’s paradise! The international breakfast sandwich was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before—unique, flavorful, and unforgettable. With modest pricing and generous portions, this place is a win on every level. Honestly, I’ll be back for lunch… that is, if I can manage to make any room after breakfast!
The shop owner/manager was incredibly welcoming and full of energy, happily sharing his Sicilian culture. It felt less like dining out and more like being at home with family—even down to grabbing the half & half right out of the fridge. Truly a gem of a spot!

Lovely service! Definitely pricy, but the food and employees are worth it. We came here right off the airport and were pleasantly surprised by a FAT sandwich :)
