I ordered one noodle dish: Greasy noodles, unrecognizable meat (except for 1 prawn), and very bland flavor. About as disappointing as it gets. And Cash only not helpful.

It's too common. This is my third time to eat. All the dishes taste different. They are sour, and every dish is particularly greasy. I feel uncomfortable when I go home with my friends after eating, and I throw away all the packaged ones. Especially the fried meat section, it tastes terrible. I told the waiter that the taste was wrong, and they kept saying that this dish was like this. I don't remember the taste of what I ate before. What a nuisance! I'll never go again. A dining room that will be uncomfortable to eat, too bad.😞

Wallet friendly place that serves delicious northern style Chinese food. Super big portions. Visited three times in the last two months and all of the dishes we tried were delicious.

Authentic food, even the rice they use is imported from the northeast

The Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) is abosulutely phenomenal! Its probably the best in the SF Bay Area. The flavor is perfectly balanced, not too sweet. The batter is perfectly fried and crispy, the meat to batter ratio is amazing. Tastes great, can't stop!

Good food options and the server helped us with what to get. I placed an order over the phone and they forgot to give us a plate they told us to go over some other day. We called months after and they recognized us and gave us the food and a free plate.

Amazing Northeastern Chinese food. Returned thrice during our stay in California. Dining experience amicable until line up starts. Was hurried out by staff, packing our food while our guests were still eating. Very embarrassing experience as a host. Would recommend expectations around seating duration or at least a conversation with guests before aggressively pushing ppl out.

We live an hour away and still try to make it here once a month, if not more. It is a great place to head to after arriving at SFO. You know, after a long trip away, you're gonna miss legit Chinese food. This is that place that welcomes us home.
Their special sweet and sour pork with tart vinegar and ginger sauce will change your life. Gone are the days of red coloring in your sweet and sour pork. There's no pineapple in this either. It's a northern China version, and it's 1000%better. Their batter has mochi flour in it so it's got a great chew. We can never come here and not get it. If you sit down long enough, you'll see other tables have it as well.
Their garlic broccoli has crack in it because it's got the most flavor I've ever tasted in broccoli. Perfectly al dente broccoli with a light garlic sauce. Tastes like they boiled the broccoli in chicken broth. Very addicting.
The staff here are always friendly and are very helpful. If we didn't live far away, we would be here every week.
