WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I stopped by to grab some boxes of minis for a birthday and wanted to buy a medium size red velvet for the birthday girl. I asked the clerk (there was 2, the one service me was blonde) if there were any red velvets left, she replied no. I ordered/paid and left the store. I realized it might not be enough so I walked back in to order some more. To be disbelief there were red velvets in the display. I asked her, "I thought you said there wasn't any more red velvet?. She relied in a rude way, "and now we do". What kind is response is that? Guess you were TOO LAZY to walk to see if there were some in the back. I did not expect that answer. My company and I WILL NOT be coming back EVER. There are a TON of good bakeries out there that I do not need to spend my money here.

I ordered 7 Bundtlets for a party, all in different flavors. When I arrived at the party, they gave me 3 Confetti flavors instead of just 1. They also neglected to give me my premium Reese's Peanut Butter flavor, which is a $1 up charge. It was also a limited time for that flavor, with my order on 2/25 being the last day it was available. The craziest thing is that I ordered 3 weeks in advance, so there is no excuse for this oversight. Don't shop here folks, I know I won't again.

Cream cheese frosting is life! The cakes are always moist and sooooo delicious. Even just the plain vanilla is divine! I like to order online the night before and pick-up the next day. If you order extra frosting, CHECK THAT THEY REMEMBERED before leaving. Join their birthday club ... you'll get a free bundtlet every year for your special day. It's the size of 2-3 cupcakes. YUM!! Parking is easy and free here.

I have to say by far this was some of the worst service I have ever received. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude to me. She treated me like I was some type of criminal. She did not want to help at all. All the questions I asked were answered with one word answers. I asked if she can make them look nice like put a bow since it offered nice decorations for an additional $2 and she said we don’t do that. She clearly wanted me out the store. Her body language and facial expressions made me feel so uncomfortable. if you're a manager or an owner of this store i hope you train your staff to treat all people equal because once i left she was super nice to the next customer. please be better.

LOVE the variety of options given for personalizing the gift wrap. It seems a lot of the complaints I have read are a bit petty. I went to the Millbrae location very recently to pick up an on-line order for my neighbor & friend for Christmas. I was told that the flavor I ordered was out of stock....I simply picked another flavor.They ALL look delicious! ...I found the girls working this night to be VERY helpful andaccommodating. What a darling little store. Boutique-like with unique gifts anda great variety of cards by LEANIN TREE.I WILL definitely be back! One bad experience should not deter anybody. Everyone has an 'off' day. Happy Holidays.

I have been picking up bundtinis , mini bundts and their Bundt cakes for many years. It is usually easy to place an online order and pick up later. I've even used them to set up delivery for friends on special occasions. I am disappointed that in the last week they refused to make bundtinis. I could not order them online and when I called was told they temporarily stopped making them until after the holidays. What a shame.

The first time I went here the Bundt cake wasn't that great/moist where I would recommend the place. This time around, I got the Reese pieces Bundt for Halloween & it was amazingly moist & delicious. I could not stop raving about it. The customer service was polite & friendly.
I came at 9:30 AM on a Thursday (when they open) and no one was here. I waited 15 minutes and still no one showed. Really annoying. Wish I could give them 0 stars for wasting my time.

I went to this store 2 days ago to preorder buntinis for a party, but the sales person said that I didn't need to. She said that I could come in early on Saturday morning and there would be plenty. I went in 20 minutes after opening, and a different sales girl told me that they were too busy to take an order and that they didn't have any bundinis available. Horrible customer service!!!!!

Came here on a quiet day to pick up an online order. The staff here are very nice and the store is super cute! These cakes are THE BEST. Usually always get these for birthdays. So many flavors to choose from! Parking here can be pretty tough as it's in a crowded downtown spot.

Thoroughly enjoyed it! The small cake had enough height with the pompom and the birthday hat. I also got 'medium' cakes + a dozen bundtinis.... The different sizes made for a beautiful dessert table. The variety of flavors made for very satisfied customers! The cost came out very affordable.
