LOVE the variety of options given for personalizing the gift wrap. It seems a lot of the complaints I have read are a bit petty. I went to the Millbrae location very recently to pick up an on-line order for my neighbor & friend for Christmas. I was told that the flavor I ordered was out of stock....I simply picked another flavor.They ALL look delicious! ...I found the girls working this night to be VERY helpful andaccommodating. The first time I went here the Bundt cake wasn't that great/moist where I would recommend the place. This time around, I got the Reese pieces Bundt for Halloween & it was amazingly moist & delicious. I could not stop raving about it. The customer service was polite & friendly.

Cream cheese frosting is life! The cakes are always moist and sooooo delicious. Even just the plain vanilla is divine! I like to order online the night before and pick-up the next day.
