This Starbucks Coffee Company location offers amazing service, with staff who are nice enough to remake a drink order if needed. It is a fine location for grab and go, with ample seating that is clean and gives off an inviting vibe. The chairs are SUPER comfy, and there is an ottoman to put feet up, making it the best Starbucks to bring a laptop and work. However, it can get quite loud even with headphones on. Some customers were pretty disappointed after ordering a brown sugar shaken espresso and a venti drink, finding the cup watered down with ice. Others noted that the new cups are awful, with lids spilling coffee everywhere. There is also a request to add sugar-free matcha drinks and create healthier menus, as customers see obese children and people everywhere and want to stop selling food high in salt, sugar, and fat.
