Our Millbrae downtown has many coffee shops, and I don't drink coffee. But if I have to, Peet's coffee is my choice. This coffee shop offers very friendly service, and we love its location, next to an oversized parking lot. We parked our car, had a coffee, and then walked to the farmer's market for our weekly produce and bread. Their coffee is very fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.

It was ok. Walked in, placed order, barista seemed to not pay attention to the job. She was talking with boyfriend and 5mins of the order she clocked out. So the drink were not up to standard. Will to give a second chance.

I literally start drinking coffee in 2025 and I have become addicted, to not just coffee but to Peet’s Millbrae is one of my favorite locations because they clean their machines and the taste is always perfect to me. And I failed to mention that Avelina & Vivian. But I wanted to highlight how amazing this is and the company is as a whole. what is a disability in the world and every morning is what I have that first set of coffee from Peet’s and I know I’m gonna have a good day!

Extremely unprofessional staff, 3 girls chatting without paying attention to customers, seemed bothered when placing orders and did not notify when coffee was ready, sat there waiting until I went to ask, and it was already cold.

It's crazy how one Peets can be so much better than another. This Peets, unfortunately, doesn't make the good list. It's super small and always busy. They always need to brew a batch of coffee and hardly ever have your kind ready to go. It only has a few good employees. The others almost always get the order wrong and change wrong, and don't care when you point out the mistake. Nothing compared to the Peets in my neighborhood.
