Nice place. Highly recommend the seafood and veggies (chives) dish. Wished their other dishes had more flavor.

Food is at standard but price is quite expensive. On top of that, they kind of force you to give tip starting at 18% and ask you to click that option as if no time left. No grace.

If you are looking for great food taste with reasonable price and portion, I would not recommend this place. And I don’t think this will be your only option when you visit the beautiful Millbrae Downtown. In other words, there are many other options with great taste and reasonable price and good amount of portions.

Excellent food. Can get very busy late evening, so please do come early. This place cook authentic Chinese food. We ordered rock cod steam fish which was extremely fresh and not too salty. They have live crap and fish in their aquarium as well.

Nice hot porridge on a cold night warmed my body. We had the century old egg and pork porridge, flavorful but not salty. It was a good balance for adding other side dishes into it. Portions were huge. Enough for 2-3 to share.

I’ve been ordering frequently from this restaurant but it’s getting worse and worse. Lately I ordered 潮式酸菜煮牛肉(teochew style beef with pickle). There’s only five slices of beef in the soup with chopped tomatoes. The presentation is horrible and looks like some leftovers. Where is the pickle? You charge me $19 before tax for this? I am not going back again as a neighbor😤

The scallop Congee was great . But the oyster cake was a bit overcooked. Over all not bad.

One of the better Chinese foods on the peninsula. I've returned multiple times :) porridge, 卤水,炒菜 were all authentic.

I heard from friends in Hong Kong that this restaurant is delicious, so I came to try it.

We ordered create your own one porridge, and we chose the topping by ourselves. We chose fish fillets, beef and mushrooms, and it was delicious with fried dough sticks.

Other dishes like seafood fried noodles and beef tofu were pretty average.

The less happy thing is the service. I asked for pepper and he told me to get it myself, most of them are sour face .

After they charged my credit card , they are so hurry want to take away the receipt while I am busy for packing my food …

Price is little bit high here , 4 items around $98
