Coffee was burnt and tastes terrible
The service was quick and friendly. The Ethiopian Guji coffee is one of the best medium roasts I have had.
Great place , and good idea.
All show no go. Ordered double shot cappuccino and tasted super weak and watered down, whatever roast was used had no flavor either
I came here at opening time a few days ago, and it seemed a chore for the employee to take my order. My latte and chai latte was overly sweet, and given how unfriendly the employee was, didn’t feel encouraged to ask to remake it. Also had to spend $1 for an extra cup, probably the most expensive paper cup I’ve bought.
It did not open at the time it says it opens
A complete coffee experience….from roast to cup. worth stopping by for a good strong freshly roasted coffee ….and I certainly didn’t have any negative experience with the service
Pathetic! Barely any coffee in the drink. Avoid.

Ordered an Ethiopia Guji Uraga and it was really good. Magnitudes better than anything from Starbucks.
I don't really get the bad reviews talking about bad or tasteless coffee. Maybe most people associate coffee with burnt beans combined with tons of milk and sugar, as served in some coffeehouse chains.
Watching the beans being roasted and transfered between the storage for green beans, roasted beans and the coffee machines via tubes is also quite a show.

Good coffee and cookie!
To all of you people who claim there is no reason for the bad reviews; I’m guessing you are either friends or relatives with someone who works/owns this place.
If you enjoy being ridiculed and treated as an annoyance then this place is for you.
The coffee is just delicious.
The roasting machine is also very unique and looks good.

Agree with the other review, lady just pushes a button for some overly milky gas station quality latte. Then ask for tip? HAHA
Maybe it’s good for getting black coffee? Was dropping off my father in law going back to Japan def wasn’t anything to brag about lol

Scam of the century. The “baristas” press a button on a glorified Nespresso and churn out watery foamy “coffee”. $5.50 for a small cup of coffee ”Ethiopian” and they want minimum 18% tip for THAT. Obscene.
