Pretty good food and the servixe is excellent as usual. The clam chowder was very good, especially in the bread bowl.

Nice spacious lounge away from the hustle and bustle of the main airport. They opened at 10am when we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful while we were there. They had a nice selection of hot and cold food plus their made to order noodle bar.
Spacious with a limited food selection. I got in via JAL business class, even though they advertised the BA Lounge

The lounge features noodle bars, cold plates, and showers, along with an impressive selection of local wines. Despite its modest size, it is considered a top lounge in SFO, especially since Priority Pass provides limited access to other options. The layout is well planned, with a large bathroom fully equipped with everything needed for pre-flight needs. The noodle bar is highly recommended, providing some of the yummiest meals at the airport, although there are no dimsum options. The food is limited but well represented, and the buffet offers fresh choices since the lounge operates on limited hours. Shower rooms are available by request, and friendly staff ensure a welcoming experience before departure. The lounge is located on the 4th floor, one above the departure level, accessible via escalators or elevators after exiting security. It is conveniently close to the A gates and offers local periodicals, making it a comfortable and efficient space for travelers.
