Awful service. Walked here 30 min since the Marriott SB closed at 2 pm (for “holiday hours”) and assumed the terrible service was a fluke. When I arrived they say they are taking cash only due to internet going in and out, but cashier said the credit cards were working sometimes. Their manager said not to even try credit cards at all, so a wasted trip. Apparently the 2.9 rating is well deserved. I’m going to assume management here is on cruise control. Would recommend retraining or demoting.

They weren't interested in selling me what I wanted (dark roast). I wasn't interested in buying what they wanted to sell me (medium roast).

Starbuck this location nice way to make money .I asked cashier to make my Chai no water no foam. She charges 2 dollar extra per cup.and did not give my receipt. way to go Starbuck.thsi is the only way to make money for new ceo.
Zenaida comes with her personality. Amazing person with so much joy to serve. Best Starbucks ever

$6 for a large Pike roast coffee! Coffee was delicious but insanely over priced.
Good: fast and convenient. Has the typical sbux menu.
Bad: oat milk latte tastes like coffee with a splash of oat milk (doesn’t taste like a latte at all), doesn’t accept Starbucks app payment
