really small dining room this is like a taco bell express inside. there are four booths. two are each by the two main doors. twenty bucks is a lot of money to pay for a burger at a restaurant with all the ambiance of a doctor's office. honestly if there was a better chain burger restaurant near SFO airport I'd go there instead

Santa Barbara has two patties with cheese and an avocado sauce, coming in at around 1200 calories! Patties are unfortunately more comparable to basic frozen ones from a grocery store. Don’t think I’ll indulge again.

The staff were unnecessarily difficult. The communication they have with their customers is rude and unprofessional. While the food was okay, I don't recommend this restaurant due to the unpleasant customer service I observed and received.

So when you charge $50 for a delivery for 2 and can't even get the order right is one thing, but when y'all can't even change the oil in your fryer so the fries don't taste dirty? Now that's downright nasty and lazy!
Booooo y'all act like you came from McDonald's. Next time ordering from Chili's... at least they can read
