Excellent seafood banquet type food but without going to a Chinese wedding for it. And reasonably priced too!

It's worth the drive from wherever you are in the Bay area, just for the food. It gets super crowded on weekends and parking is next to impossible. If you are a large party seated at a big table, you might not be able to hear each other. It's really loud. But, darn, the food is worth it.

Everything we ordered was amazing. Portion are large. A bit pushy with tips.

We found it so rude and disrespectful when the waiter at the Kitchen restaurant in Millbrae came to our table to tell us that the tips we left was a few dollars shy of 15%. It has to be 15% or more. We modified the tips to be 15% and left. He came by to pick up the revised check and laughed. The rest of the waiters cheered him on. This is disgusting. We’ll never return. I hope the owner sees this comment and know what they were doing, unless the owner too is part of it.

Have heard about this place for a long time from a friwnd, and finally got a chance to dine in for dim sum and dishes. So far the best dim sum place in south bay area. The pictures were taken after we tasted and ate some of them before realizing taking photos. The sauteed chicken feet is very flavorful, tofu skin curd is mouthful and not tangy, and each shumai has two whole shrimps. The lamb pot is also very delicious. Highly recommend to try it out here. But be careful you would want to come here early enough for a weekend lunch.

Delicious Cantonese dishes and Chinese food of all types.
If you're craving genuine HK style food, this spot is hands down the best in town. The menu is packed with authentic dishes that taste just like they came straight from a bustling Hong Kong seafood restaurant. That said, be prepared for a bit of a wait—by 6pm, it's already a full house. The dining room is tight, with barely any space between tables, and the noise level can get pretty intense. It’s not the place for a quiet dinner, but it’s perfect if you’re here for the food and the lively atmosphere.
Service is friendly and efficient when it’s not too busy, but once the crowd rolls in, expect some delays. Still, the staff does their best to keep things moving.

I cannot rate the food, after 45 minutes I ended up leaving after I had not been waited on.

Parking is annoying, but the food holds up. The service is fine for a dim sum restaurant which admittedly is a lower bar than usual, the prices are on par for a restaurant in Bay Area.

Good dim sum, the congee as well as other special dishes has a good proportion. The inside can be a bit crowded. The waiting can be long. We come either early or later to avoid peak hours.

Food is decent but absolutely next to no service. We came in tonight to eat dinner and had to wait so long to have a waiter do anything for us. You literally have to flag them down to get attention. At the end, I gave a 8 percent tip ( I thought that was generous for the service that was provided). I was stopped by a waiter to questioned me why a low tip. I told him I tip base on the service I received! He looked upset. Won’t be coming back.

Avoid this resturant! If you have to, keep your receipt! They will steal your tips without your authorization. They include the 18% service fee in the bill, so I left the tip section as blank. But they still charged another 18% upon the food and service fee! If you don't want to be scammed, don't go there.

When you go to a Chinese restaurant and it is mostly older Chinese people inside, you know the food is good. Portions seemed smaller for the price but the quality was there.
