The place is not big, but the food is really good. We had dim sum which tasted and looked like they were made from their own kitchen, and not from a ‘factory pre-cooked dim sum place’. A lot of places now a day use dim sum from a central kitchen and deliver to the restaurants.

Heard about this restaurant from friends who say that it serves authentic Hong Kong cuisine and managed to visit it on a Friday night for dinner. As expected, there is a good crowd of diners and the two of us had to wait for about 15-20 mins before we got our seat. As expected, the food is good for the few dishes that we have ordered. Also, from the manager’s mouth, we learned that the restaurant has been operating in this location for 30+ years. A note: service will improve if you are speaking Cantonese throughout your meal.

Almost everything I had was spectacular: chicken feet, pork buns, fried rice noodles with pork. For dinner, we liked the pork ribs clay pot and tofu clay pot. The mixed vegetables are just ok.

A bustling authentic Chinese restaurant with excellent food! We saw many birthdays being celebrated with BYO cake. It's a bit noisy inside but worth sitting through for a delicious dinner.

I was especially impressed with the beef tendon, it's cooked absolutely to perfection.
I came here for the bbq duck because according to a friend it's the best in south bay - I'd say it's among the best but not miles better than the other good ones.
Compared to local Chinese restaurants such as peninsula, koi palace and other yum cha places . This one has by far my best recommendation on food quality and service.

Probably the worst time I had in the Bay Area sadly... I feel that when you go to Chinese dim sum establishment, they should make the two basic dishes well. Pork and shrimp dumpling and the taste and flavor was really missing.
The noodle wrap Chinese donut rice noodle roll was an absolute miss! The donut in the center was undercooked and chewy, and the noodle was undercooked and grossly under cooked.
Pineapple egg custard bun was the best of all the dishes. Second was the steam spare ribs. Cooked enough with the right amount of flavor. It did taste delicious! But that did not save the overall meal.

It's worth the drive from wherever you are in the Bay area, just for the food. It gets super crowded on weekends and parking is next to impossible. If you are a large party seated at a big table, you might not be able to hear each other. It's really loud. But, darn, the food is worth it.
