When i arrived at this location what i expected was the food to be given to me immediately but i ended up having to wait 20 minutes. I also saw how much oil they add to the pizza bites and honestly it looks like so much. The food was good but the overall customer service can be better then it was today.

When I came here I expected to get my food right away, but I was wrong I ordered 2 pretzel bites with a strawberry lemonade. When I ordered the cashier wasn't talking loud enough for me to hear and when I asked him to raise his voice nothing changed. I got my strawberry lemonade and I had to wait 20 minutes just to get my pretzel bites when they was very clearly 2 cups of the pretzel bites by the window and there was about 6 people who got their order before me. I will give it to them though we got them fresh and it was delicious, but it was not worth the wait.

Sweet almond pretzel 5/5 - I came to grab a pretzel and the only ones they had available was the almond and pizza one. I was good for me since I came for the almond. I love how fresh it was and staff was friendly too!

I ordered 2 original pretzels to be delivered to me at work. I used GrubHub to make the delivery which was fine. My gripe is when I ordered 2 ORIGINAL pretzels, I expect them to have salt on them. Well, they didn't bother to put the salt on. I didn't even check the option that said, "No Salt" because I WANTED SALT. These pretzels are not even made in the traditional way a pretzel should be made. The least they can do is get the freakin order right

First time at this Auntie Anne's location inside the Great Mall. Seems to be a very busy location! I ordered two Pretzels, one Original and one Garlic & Parmesan flavored Pretzel. Both Pretzels were fresh and tasty, although the Garlic one had a tad bit too much seasoning on it, over powering it a little bit, but still pretty tasty. I was helped by Rosso O, who was very friendly, patient and addressed all our questions and concerns. She provided excellent customer service, which is always great! Took a star off because the Pretzels are now $4.99 + which in my opinion is quite steep for something as simple as a Pretzel. Be sure to download their Mobile App to earn points and rewards for every purchase!

I always stop by here when shopping at the Great Mall. I love the almond and cinnamon sugar pretzels. The quality is consistent. Also, the portions are decent, and they always come up with new flavors and treats. The workers are also really efficient and friendly. One time, there was a long line, but they still served us well, and the line kept moving forward. The prices are reasonable, and I definitely support their loyalty programs.
