Worst cheestake ever. Food was missing bellpepers, onions, mushrooms. Meat is so thin that i am barelly belief is a good beef. Taste like paper. Portion small. AVOID AT ALL COST

On August 13, I made a purchase at Charlay’s Cheese Steaks. Before placing my order, I confirmed with the cashier that I wanted a chicken cheesesteak with lettuce, bell pepper, mushroom, onion, and light mayonnaise. I also ordered six boneless wings, lemon pepper flavor, with a side of Buffalo sauce.

When I received my order, the wings were overcooked and extremely hard to eat. My sandwich was missing the bell pepper, mushroom, and onion; it only contained lettuce, chicken, cheese, and an excessive amount of mayonnaise.

On August 21, the owner, Sylvia, claimed that she reviewed the CCTV footage and confirmed that the cooks had included the requested toppings on the sandwich. However, the footage and screenshots she provided are of poor quality and blurry. Upon reviewing them, I do not see any evidence of the bell pepper, mushroom, or onion being added to the sandwich.

This situation reflects a misrepresentation of my order and raises concerns about food quality and honesty in handling customer complaints.

Been here ages but never did drop by here and probably won't again.

Got a couple of the meal deals and man it ain't it. At least chicken wise it's pretty bad.

Fries were good.
The strawberry lemonade was really sweet. Don’t stir it, otherwise it’s VERY, VERY SWEET.

Sandwich? VERY DRY, SUPER BLAND AND HAS NO FLAVOR AT ALL. If I can give it a zero, I would. I love vegetables but this one has vegetables that smelled like garbage.

Very disappointing. I would not recommend it unless you’re super hungry and you have nothing else to choose from.

They recommended me to eat here and I came. But I got a very unpleasant surprise. I ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich. The truth is that its taste is terrible. The chicken is also very salty. And without any filler. For what was paid, it was for more. Nothing to do with other places. I don't recommend it in any way. And I won't come back here. I'll stick with the Subway ones

Tried the chicken cheesestake. It was pretty decent. Did not have to wait too long for the food to arrive. There is plenty of seating in the cafeteria area. Worth it.

Oh my bacon cheese fries ?? always a must when we go to charleys! I really enjoy the classic Philly cheesesteak. The Strawberry lemonade is also super tasty. Service is always quick and the food never disappoints.
