Not from here and a friend of mine recommended this place saying the food is delicious, it is indeed. Not disappointing. However, the old lady selling them was so RUDE!!!!! Originally, we ordered 3 small ones but they only accept cash. Having $55 on my hand, was thinking maybe I can order 2, since each pack cost $25. But the lady told us it would be $56 in total. So, I ended up having 1 pack. I explained that we are not from here and we didn’t know it’s only cash. She got frustrated and furious because of the fact that I changed my order. What the heck? It’s not my fault you guys don’t do cards. You don’t treat your customers like that just because we changed the number. We have every right to change it according to our liking and budget!!!!! HOW DISAPPOINTING.

Last visit, she was cutting some fish while wearing gloves. She just rinsed her hands still with the gloves on. Guess what? My bag, calamari container and change were wet and smelled like fish! 🤮🤮🤮

I've been coming here with my family for years. This place is CASH ONLY. Their salt and pepper calamari is so crunchy. It's addicting. We tried the salt and pork ribs are pretty good too. Prices have definitely gone up. I think the salt and pepper calamari was about $26 but the container is petty full. The place itself is small. You literally have enough space to just look at the menu and come back to pick up your order. The lady seems mean but she doesn't play.

This place is disgusting. Ordered calamari it’s so expensive. Half of the orders is tentacles. When I asked the lady how much the Lady responded very very rude no customers etiquette. Omg this is the only store that i have encountered a person who is very rude no customer service. I’m not a mean person but I hope a customer will also treat you the same way you treat others. Disgusting behavior.

We love the food here but oh my gosh, the lady who answers the phone and takes the order is so rude. It's like it's an inconvenience to order food or ask questions. Today I called to ask for pricing because I want to order trays for our party and she said "I don't have time for you right now, come here when you're ready to order". I need to ask for pricing because I can't find a proper menu online that is updated. That's shameful. I really like the food here but I don't feel like spending money on this business if customers are treated like this.

First off they do not ever pick up the phone and their customer service IS THE WORST!!! BEWARE. I called multiple times right when they opened to place an order for the fried calamari party tray. Finally a lady rudely answers. After I placed my order and tell her what time I want to pick it up she doesn't ask for my name or number and then just hangs up on my without saying bye.. two hours later my bf arrives to pick up the tray and the rude lady on the phone states that NO ONE called or placed an order for calamari!! He had to wait til they made a new order without even apologizing even though we know for a fact we spoke to her but since she happens to purposely not get your information for your order so she can totally pretend that we are the delusional one and didn't place an order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
