No pictures, but it was my introduction to Chipotle. The food quality is very inconsistent. Some days (albeit rarely) it is really quite good but most of the time it is just okay. I feel the customer service is oftentimes lacking to mediocre. There is this one worker who always looks extremely upset and acts like the customer is stupid for thinking about what they want in their food. I think that specific worker is highly unprofessional which is why I am giving the atmosphere...

This location is close to my apartment, so it is the one I frequent the most....usually once or twice a month.

For the most part the food is good, but more often than not, maybe three out of five times, the rice is undercooked and hard. It kinda ruins the whole burrito and is not fun on my teeth.

One of the staff was exceptionally friendly. It’s a pity that I forgot his name. He’s in his 50-60s with some grey hair, Caucasian/Hispanic, humorous and friendly. He greeted every customer with passion, which is so rare in the Bay Area nowadays.
