My and my partner rushed to get ice cream and we knew they close at 8:00 pm. We made it at 7:50 pm and greeted the cashier who promptly responded “we are close.” I understand you may close earlier some days, but at least acknowledge our attempt to buy from your shop. Not a good first impression

I ordered a milk n cookie shake with whipped cream on top - it’s dangerously delicious. I had four e-gift cards, but I didn’t know which one still had a balance in it. When my first gift card showed a $0 balance, I offered to use my credit card. Cassandra encouraged me to try the other gift cards, so I greatly appreciate her for punching in all four of my gift cards. Finally, the fourth gift card had a balance in it. Taking her advice, I took a screenshot of it to use in the future.On a different note, the custom ice cream cakes are fantastic!

I like how creamy and yummy the ice cream flavors are. and that you and mix a lot of stuff if you want to the price i’d say is quite pricey but it’s a once in a while treat to have so it’s good.

The ice-cream is just ok, very basic flavors and nothing goes above and beyond. So I think it is absolutely overpriced. Above that, the staff who served me was also impatient and made me feel not respected. Just don’t understand why people work in customer service wear a grumpy face.
