My and my partner rushed to get ice cream and we knew they close at 8:00 pm. We made it at 7:50 pm and greeted the cashier who promptly responded “we are close.” I understand you may close earlier some days, but at least acknowledge our attempt to buy from your shop. Not a good first impression

I ordered a milk n cookie shake with whipped cream on top - it’s dangerously delicious. I had four e-gift cards, but I didn’t know which one still had a balance in it. When my first gift card showed a $0 balance, I offered to use my credit card. Cassandra encouraged me to try the other gift cards, so I greatly appreciate her for punching in all four of my gift cards. Finally, the fourth gift card had a balance in it. Taking her advice, I took a screenshot of it to use in the future.On a different note, the custom ice cream cakes are fantastic!

I like how creamy and yummy the ice cream flavors are. and that you and mix a lot of stuff if you want to the price i’d say is quite pricey but it’s a once in a while treat to have so it’s good.
