I ordered a milk n cookie shake with whipped cream on top - it’s dangerously delicious. I had four e-gift cards, but I didn’t know which one still had a balance in it. When my first gift card showed a $0 balance, I offered to use my credit card. Cassandra encouraged me to try the other gift cards, so I greatly appreciate her for punching in all four of my gift cards. Finally, the fourth gift card had a balance in it. Taking her advice, I took a screenshot of it to use in the future. On a different note, the custom ice cream cakes are fantastic!

I like how creamy and yummy the ice cream flavors are. and that you and mix a lot of stuff if you want to the price i’d say is quite pricey but it’s a once in a while treat to have so it’s good.

Short version: ask for a sample of the sweet cream when you go to a Cold Stone and have that determine whether you order something there or not.Long version: I think I should write this after all the badmouthing Cold Stone I've done since the last time I went to one; that was a different location. You see, sweet cream or fior di latte can be transcendental (very rare where I've been), a good flavor, or an abomination against nature and it's always a good test of any place that sells it because it's so easy to mess it up. At the last location the sweet cream tasted like they'd left it next to fish for awhile which is especially messed-up since as we know Cold Stone does NOT sell fish. At this location I started by getting a sample. Of course it was not transcendental since it's borderline impossible to find people who can do that but it was in the "good flavor" territory. Nothing like it was at the other one. And so I ordered the Founder's Favorite. The sweet cream is definitely good enough to make a sundae where you want "vanilla without vanilla" and they use it well.

This is my favorite Cold Stone location. I've tried the ice creams, which are flavorful and creamy. The banana ice cream w/ Oreo pieces is great. But my personal favorite is the strawberry banana smoothie. I like it more than Jamba Juice because of the smooth texture and it hits the spot after an intense gym session. I always go for the large size because it's definitely a "go big or go home" treat. Customer service is also positive. The staff is attentive and any concerns/questions are quickly answered. Occasionally there is a wait like during weekends, but it's always worth it. Everyone I've met so far has been friendly. It's a neat ice cream shop and it's hard not to stop by after smelling the sweet scent in the air.

Came to get a 48 oz Coffee Lovers Only to-go. Really love this mix. Left very dissatisfied and irritated. The Asian woman who works the lunch hour on Monday prepared the ice cream for me. I asked for more caramel, and she added just a teensy bit more. She mixed everything together and the container wasn't full. To her credit, she did go get more ice cream to put into the container. But it still wasn't full. And, she just added the coffee ice cream on top and didn't mix or add new ingredients. For $21.99, I would really like to get a full container of well mixed ice cream.

The heat wave that is underway in the Bay Area is stifling. It must be translating to record business for the ice cream stores. I had to make a stop here to pick up some ice cream despite the long line. I had not been to a Cold Stone Creamery in a long time, but they still make a good product.

The ice creams are good, staff isn't. I had heard so much about it and was really looking forward to tasting the ice creams here. I ordered a strawberry blonde and the girl making it was so disinterested in her job and made the ice cream as if she was doing me a favor. She barely mixed all the ingredients together and plopped it into a cone. Super disappointed.

Ice cream is great as usual. It wasn't crowded. But that's probably because we visited on a Monday afternoon.

I got ice cream here on a whim. It was a bit pricey (more than $6) but they filled it up a lot on a medium with two flavors. I got half and half so I didn't get to see them mix it. Paying was quick and the staff were friendly enough. It gets 5 stars because it's the first place I've seen that serves mint with no Chocolate chips. I hate Chocolate chips. The Oreo ice cream was super creamy and favorful and the mint hit the spot. It's really sweet though so I had to share it.

Update the timing. It closes at 8 but shows 9 here.

It can be better, there's an off-putting smell in the store, the ice cream selection is fine, and the way I've cream is labeled is somewhat confusing. There's also an option to buy ice cream cakes. The customer service was nice. This ice cream place is located in a shopping center so there are plenty of parking spots available.

Hands down Cold Stone is one of the best ice cream companies in the country. I've tried it in many different sates and they are always four or five stars. The thing I like about this location is that it's located in this great mall. So I can get some ice cream before, during, or after I do my shopping. The flavors are amazing as well and staff always friendly.
