Sadly I really didn’t like the icecream had two different flavours. But were flavourless. I was really bummed out because I was really in the mood for icecream. Lady was Nice But made a mistake with the flavours for my Son.

Gross. Flavor-less. The lady making it used a jug of milk that had sat at room temperature for at least the entire time we were there. If you have a sensitive stomach or you enjoy flavorful milkshakes, I wouldn’t try this place.

First of all the menu is a complete mess. Sometimes less is more. Over complicated with bright colors, images and different options all over the place. Secondly, the guy at the counter is just straight up rude. My two year old got a cone, so when the ice cream started dripping on her i went back to ask for a cup and this man just rolled his eyes. For what?! Overpriced tasteless ice cream. He has his airpods in and just stares while you look over the menu. Needs some help with his customer service skills. Hit up another location if you really want their ice cream but in my opinion you’re better off elsewhere
Would give zero stars if I could. I got a few soft serve cones. The soft serve is absolutely disgusting. It tastes too icey and watered down. I believe the owners cheaped out on the ice cream mix and added water or something. Completely flavorless. And very unprofessional to have children behind the counter. I get that it’s a family run business but come on. Playing loud music too. Don’t go here. There are so many other ice cream places in the mall. I regret not going to Coldstone.
