Would give zero stars if I could. I got a few soft serve cones. The soft serve is absolutely disgusting. It tastes too icey and watered down. I believe the owners cheaped out on the ice cream mix and added water or something. Completely flavorless. And very unprofessional to have children behind the counter. I get that it’s a family run business but come on. Playing loud music too. Don’t go here. There are so many other ice cream places in the mall. I regret not going to Coldstone.

Good ice cream and cookies as usual but the gift card system has barely been updated. During my last visit, they wouldn't accept it. Now they accept it, but a caveat includes the cashier having to contact another location and after that, the change wasn't known for sure. By the time it was resolved, my ice cream was half melted. If you come to this location, I wouldn't recommend using a gift card.

Has a good decent variety of ice cream flavours. Staff is friendly but I don't know if they are told to put a certain amount (in grams,perhaps?) of ice on your order. Can get pretty noisy especially during the weekends as it is located in the mall but overall tolerable.
