Deanna is a gem. It’s a pleasure to see someone with her work ethic, enthusiasm and desire to make a great experience. She deserves a raise, promotion and a puppy.

The ticket system is a complete ripoff. They have games advertising thousands of ticket bonusses and when you win them they don't register on your card.

You have to make a scene to get them to honor to the reward that their own game screen advertises.
I don't like making a fuss to get what is promised to me when I am already paying for overpriced crappy food. This place is the worst type of big franchise casino style rip people off any way you can left and right and just make the experience not too shitty so they will come back, or at least not refuse to when a friend suggests going there.

It would have been so easy to just pay out the amounts that the game displays. Instead of that some nickel and dime optimizer figured out that as long as you dont pay out on games that adults don't play such as a shooting game, in this case centipede, there won't be any complaints.

Well I am complaining, and I am not ever going back. It is a matter of principle that if you rip me off once, and you are not doing anything to stop ripping off people like me, you will never get my business again.

Fun place, perfect for team outings. I liked their Arcade concept where you can win tickets and redeem at the gift shop

Awesome event. We came for Breakfast with Santa at 9am this Sunday. They really should advertise it more, as it's a great alternative to the ones you find at the community centers.

Number one feature is the 3 hour game card you use after the event. There's almost nobody there, so you can play whatever you want.

A close second is the awesome breakfast sausage. I wish they could tell me where they got it from, and how they prepared it. The potatoes were pretty good too.

Plenty of food, lots of table games (Uno, Jenga, etc), of course Santa - I hope they do it again next year.

If I want to find a negative - they didn't have any hot chocolate, apple cider or juices, just soda, water and coffee.

If your family has outgrown the community center Breakfast with Santa events, and the luxury ones are too expensive, this one is a great choice.

I was unaware there is no special menu for large groups gathering. Everything is sold separately including drinks. (So you can imagine my look for a group of 20) It was my first time going and we were celebrating my son's 9th bday with his soccer team. The hostess was very compassionate towards my frustration she did give me 10 game cards with $10 on the house. But honestly as much as we spent on food alone we were better off booking a party package somewhere else. It is not convenient or affordable for large gatherings. This place a perfect for small gathering. We had to keep getting our servers attention to place food orders. Our experience was ok but expensive

I made dinner reservations for a birthday party of eight, only to be greeted with one of the worst business practices I’ve ever encountered. When we arrived, we were suddenly told there was a $10 cover charge per person because they were showing a fight on their TVs—something we were never informed of when booking.
We explained that we weren’t there to watch the fight at all. We simply wanted to have dinner and play some games. It didn’t matter. They insisted on charging the cover anyway. We then asked if we could at least skip dinner and just play games since the TVs were in the dining area. Their response? We still had to pay the cover because we would “have to walk by the TV” to get to the game area.

This logic is unbelievable. Charging people simply for walking past a television is absurd, and refusing to show any flexibility for a reservation made in advance is even worse. What should’ve been a fun birthday outing turned into a frustrating, disappointing experience.
I will not be returning, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before planning an event here. Terrible communication, terrible policy, and terrible customer service.

Hubby LOVES the wings, but the nachos were kinda gross. Waitress didn't come around much. As for the games, so many were either powered off, or just not working. Human claw was $20 PER PLAY and the prizes were just left over inflatables from Halloween and summer. Tickets don't accumulate much at all and the prizes cost way too many tickets! Parents did NOT watch their kids. They were running around and screaming like banshees. Kids also will cut in line when your waiting for something and even if the parents are with them, they laugh and just let the kids cut in. Probably won't go back, at least to the restaurant. There was also an employee on break outside smoking a joint and had problems standing on his own, but he's allowed to work around kids?!

Went on Sunday when the 49ers lost to the Rams. Other than the debacle of a game I had a fantastic time! We ordered ribs, nachos, fries and it was spectacular! Our sever, I think named Annalynn was so fantastic my wife and I had to talk to her manager plus give her an additional tip! The games are so modern, huge TV screens, we had a blast!
