Very authentic Lanzhou style ramen, the handmade noodles are chewy and the soup is delicious. Their large plate of chicken and grilled lamb chops are also must-order dishes every time. The boss is very nice. He often comes over to chat. Highly recommended!

We ordered some lamb dishes and a stir fried noodle. The quality of the lamb and the noodle are quite good. I was glad that the seasoning was not too salty. I plan to go back and taste more of their noodle dishes.
